Well... some of you know by know what we've been speaking about on Facebook. The little surprise that we've hinted at. So... in the spirit of it being Friday and full disclosure, we want to take you on a journey:

Now, close your eyes (actually, read this first THEN close your eyes) and imagine for a moment booth after booth of locally grown food, local musicians, artists, activities, and SO much more happening... right here in Riverwood Plantation.
Thanks to one of our wonderful Fans on Facebook (Melissa Artt Baker), and the support shown by some of our other fans, we will have a sign up form in the clubhouse for moms in the Riverwood Neighborhoods to sign up and organize a moms group, just for our own corner of Evans, GA. Remember ladies, there are so many great things to do in the neighborhood too.
Per one of our Facebook Fans David Limbird, the question was posed to us if we had a "Recommended Babysitter List". We looked around at each other and realized: "Hmmmm. We Don't. But we SHOULD"! So that is what we're going to do. Effective immediately, we will begin compiling a list of trusted and/or Red Cross certified babysitters that live in the Riverwood Neighborhoods. Hey everyone! Aren't you glad the weekend is here?! Fall is in full force and now, it's time for some serious fun! What type of fun do you ask? Well we're about to tell ya!
We have our Fall Festival coming next Saturday. As more details come, we'll post them on the blog and Facebook, but here is a brief overview: The Fall Festival will be held next Saturday, October 23 11-2 in the Riverwood Barn. Carnival games, food and lots of family fun.
Also, Trick or Treating in Riverwood will be held on Halloween Night, Sunday, October 31, along with the rest of Columbia County. Remember, we're running a contest right now that if you decorate your home to be the scariest and email the pictures to

Finally, we have sold 6 homes in the last 2 weeks over $2 million in sales, which is a testament to the strength and appeal of Riverwood as a growing community. So take pride in your neighborhood Riverwood! Keep up the great work making this a great place to live!
